• Do not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Do not promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
• Do not infringe on intellectual property rights

Prohibited Activities

Traffic Quality

All traffic must be legitimate and from real users. We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserve the right to withhold payment or terminate accounts for invalid traffic.

Publisher Payments

Advertiser Payments

Advertisers agree to pay for services according to the agreed-upon pricing model (CPM, CPC, CPA, etc.). Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise specified in your insertion order.

Withholding and Adjustments

We reserve the right to:

• Withhold payment for invalid traffic or policy violations
• Adjust payments for billing errors or discrepancies
• Deduct amounts owed for chargebacks or refunds
• Require tax documentation before processing payments

Our Rights

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all technology, software, algorithms, and intellectual property, remain the exclusive property of Monetize Premium. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.

Your Content

You retain ownership of your content. By using our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about our Services become our property and may be used without compensation or attribution.

• Your account poses a security risk

• You fail to pay amounts owed

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services immediately ceases
• We will process any outstanding payments according to our payment terms
• You must remove all ad code from your properties
• Provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply

Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work in good faith to resolve any issues.

Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in English and the seat of arbitration shall be Paris, France.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and us individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
